Nobel Peace Laureate Jody Williams Speaks Out

Sustenance Group members Nancy Bauer and Kennesaw State professor Keisha Hoerner attended a special event to learn more about human rights in Darfur. Peace activist Jody Williams, who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1997 for her work to ban landmines, spoke to student groups about her work in Africa and her controversial opinions about the United Nations Human Rights Council.
